Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was brilliant, offering proximity to shopping and cultural sites, but the rooms, while fine, faced an inside courtyard which was a tad disappointing due to the extreme hot weather during our visit. The service was top-notch, with a very kind and service-oriented staff, but the room was not soundproof to the noise from outside. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of options to cater to different dietary needs. However, the rooms seemed a bit overused and had a buzzing machine sound from the neighboring room that persisted day and night.
